How do you handle children on my guest list?
A guest marked as a child can never have a direct email or phone number attached to their record — that's enforced at the database level, not just in the app — so a child's contact details are structurally impossible to store; they're linked to a parent or guardian guest record instead.
Is my guest and vendor data secure?
Sensitive guest contact details are encrypted at the field level, access is role-based and tenant-isolated, and every admin action is logged. We publish the full architecture and real, current test status — not marketing claims — on our Security page.
Can couples and vendors book and message each other directly through the platform?
